Phambili plastics uses processed polypropylene (PP) in plastics manufacturing because of it properties like durability, flexibility, and UV resistance. During manufacturing, additives like colorants, UV stabilizers are often mixed with the base plastic to enhance its properties.

Phambili’s moulding Process is where Plastic pellets are melted and injected into a mould where they cool and solidify. Then followed by trimming of excess plastic (flash) from the finished products.
