Plastic Manufacturing Process

At Phambili Recycling, we don’t just recycle plastics—we transform them into high-quality products through a precise and controlled manufacturing process. Our process includes:

Plasticizing

The recycled plastic pellets are heated and converted from their hard granular form into a liquid consistency, ready for molding at the correct melt temperature.

Injection

The molten plastic is injected into molds, filling every cavity to shape the product according to design specifications.

Chilling

The molded plastic is cooled, returning it from a liquid back to its rigid form. During cooling, the material naturally shrinks to achieve the perfect shape.

Ejection & Inspection

The cooled, molded product is removed from the mold and carefully inspected for quality and defects, ensuring only top-grade products reach the market. Through this process, Phambili Recycling turns recycled plastics into durable, high-quality items, closing the loop in the plastic value chain while supporting sustainability and environmental protection.
